Mark Adamson
Mark Adamson is a contracts manager who puts his clients best interests first. Having being born and educated on the Gold Coast Mark has been fortunate to build a large volume of business relationships and contacts.
Mark obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Queensland University of Technology on 8 March 1996. Mark was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland on 16 June 1999 and practiced as a Solicitor up until 19 December 2016 and then from 11 January 2017 until 9 October 2017.
Mark has over 17 years experience as a solicitor.
Mark is not, however, presently practising as a solicitor.
Mark has very good communication skills, acquired as a consequence of an excellent education and being involved in a large number of commercial transactions and disputes.
Mark is experienced in:
* commercial negotiations;
* drafting commercial agreements;
* managing commercial agreements;
* dispute resolution;
* civil and commercial litigation;
* building and construction contract preparation;
* general insurance claims;
* debt collection and insolvency;
* professional indemnity claims; and
* alternate dispute resolution processes.
Mark has a good general knowledge of the law, especially with respect to contractual, commercial and corporate issues.
Mark is able to maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Mark will follow instructions and can work autonomously, where required.
Mark is an excellent communicator.
